The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the ConstiLution of India, seeking the lollowing relief :

"...to declare the inaction of the respondents in conducting survey and fixing the boundaries pursuant to the F-line Application No.DER0225012259a3 dated 17.1O.2025 with respect to the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.3.01 gts., in Sy.No.7/Lu, Ac.0.O70O gts., in Sy.No. 10/AA/ 112, Lotal admeasuring Ac.3.O8 gts., siruated at Papireddiguda, Kcshampeta Mandal, Rangareddy District as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14, 19 , 2l and 3OO-A of the Constitution of lndia and consequently dircct the respondents to conduct survey and lix boundarie s pursuant to the F-line Application No.DER0225O 1225983 dated 17 .1O.2025 with respect to rhe petitioner's above said land.... . . The learned counsel lor the petitionc. submits that thc present writ petition is hled challenging the ill:gal and arbitrary inaction of the respondents in conducting survey a I I fixrng bounclaries of Lhe petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.3.O1 gts., n Sv.No.7/Lu and Ac.0.0700 gts., in Sy.No.10/AA/ ll2 totally admeasuring Ac.3.08 grs., situated at Papireddiguda Viilage, Keshampeta i\I rndal, Rangareddy District, pursuant to the petitioner,s F_Line {pplication datccl t7 .\o.2025.

(a) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of th r schedule property and is in laq,ful possession and enjoyment I -rcreof. Any past interlerence is being addressed through appropriarte legal proccedings, thich have no bearing on the relief sought in the pr rsent writ petition. The Petitioner submitted an application througlr l4ee Seva bearing No.DER02250 1225983 dated 17.1O.2O25 ro respo rdent No.3, along '"vith^{the prescribed} fee, seeking survey and fixation I boundarics of the schedule property. Despite lapse of more than 45 da! ;, the respondents have lailed to take any action on the said appLi,: Ltion. Subsequent thereto, the petitioner also approached responde.r . No.4 requesting earl1, disposal of the pending F-Line Application. I {owever, no steps have been taken by the respondents. and statutory duty, compelling the petitioner to invoke the jurisdiction of this Hon'ble court. The petitioner has no other efficacious or alternative remedy excepI to approach this Hon'ble court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

4, Per contra, the learned Assistant Government pleader, appearing for the learned Government pleader for Revenue, opposing the present writ petition, submits that the writ petlrion is premature and misconceived as the petitioner,s F-Line application dated 17.1o.2025 is under consideration and will be processecl in clue course strictly in accordance with the procedure prescribed under law. survey and fixation of boundaries involves verification of records, issuance of notices to adjoining landholders and compliance rvith principles of natural justice, which necessar y requires reasonabre time. There is no prescribed statuLory time limit for disposal o[ such applications and mere pendency cannot be termed illegal or arbitrary. [n the absence of any willful inaction or violation of statutory duty, the rvrit petition is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed..

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government pieader for Revenue and upon consideration of the rival submissions, this court is of the view that without entering into the merits of the ma[ter, it would be appropriate to direct the official respondents to examine and consider the
