This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the

The, case of the petitioners is that they are^{the owners} of land admeasuring^{Ac.5.3B Y" guntas situatedat} Sy.Nos.2:31 and 232^{situated at BibipurVillage Shivar,} Dichpally' Mandal.^When the^name of^{the unofficial} respondent was^recorded in the^{revenuerecords,the} petitioner:s submitted representation dated^29.O3.2023 seeking to cancel the illegal^{mutation of name of respondent} No.6 in the revenue^records, and^{Llso filed mutation} applicatir>n before^respondent authorities.^{Later, respond.ent} No.3-Tahsildar issued notice dated^{15.06.2024 stating that} office of respondent^No.3 is unable to^{provide records related} to mutal.ion of the above said^{lands; and the mutation} application submitted by the^{petitioners was rejected by} respondent No.2 on the basis of recommendation of respondent Nos.3 and 4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the petitioners submit an online application under the provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025, for mutation of their names in respect of the subject property, the respondent authorities will consider and pass orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and on perusal of the material available on record, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to submit an online application under the provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025, for mutation of their names in respect of the subject property. On submission of such application, official respondent Nos.2 to 5 shall examine the on-line application submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, by putting the interested parties on notice and by affording them sufficient opportunity of hearing. There shall be no order as to costs.
