This writ petition is hled seeking the following reiief:-

Heard Ms.Madhavi Latha, learned counsel r )presenting Sri P.K.Sat5ranararrana, learned counsel for the pe -; -ioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Plea<[, r for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their ccr sent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admiss on stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would r; rbmit that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the properb i.e., room and open land admeasuring 324.55 square yards, situa -ed adjacent to house bearing Municipal No.6-6-3251 1/A in iy.No.1461 of Sainagar Locality, Karimnagar Town, within -he limits of Karimnagar Municipal Corporation and Karin. r agar District, having acquired the same through registered Gi. 1 Deed bearing document No.9068 of 2016, dated 24.08.2016. He would further submit that the names of the predecessors-in-title : ' the petitioner were reflected in the pahanies. The grievalce of t_J e petitioner is that, without issuing any notice and without followi Lg due process of law, the respondent authorities are interft: ing with his possession over the subject property.

employees of the Municipal Corporation, who are not made as parties to this writ petition, are tr5ring to dispossess the petitioner llom the subject property. He would further submit that it is not the case of the respondent authorities that they are interfering with his possession. Hence, he prayed to dismiss the writ petition.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and as it is the specific case of the petitioner that he had purchased the subject property through registered sale deed and he has been in possession of the same, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities not to interfere without following due process of law.

6- With the above observations ald direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
