Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner ar-rd Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistalt Government pleacfer for Stamps and Registratiori appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this u.rit petition is disposed of at the stage of aclmission itself.

Aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.3 herein in refusing to receive the document of the petitioner in rcspect of the property i.e., plot No.3O, admeasuring242.OO square yards in Sy.No. 123 situated at Rekurthy Village, I{arimnagar District without assigning reasons, the petitioner filed the present wrrt petition.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Stamps and Registration submits that without presenting the document, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking registration of the document. If the petitioner presents the sarne before the Registering authority, the
