Heard Sri Lokirev Preetham Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the official respondents Perused the materiai on record.

This writ petition is filed to set aside the order 14.06.2021 made in old case No.Ell2525l2OO9 of the Special Tribunal, Suryapet, cancelling the Patta of the Petitioner in respect of land admeasuring Ac.I-26 guntas of Sy.No.457/2 of Mattampally Village and Mandal, Suryapet District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed O.S.No.55 of 2O2O on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Huzurnagar, for declaration of title and other conseqlrential reliefs and also filed O.S.No.322 of 2023 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Huzurnagar, for cancellation/set aside the order in Appeal Case No. No.El /2525/2009 dated

|4.06-2021 and seeks liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter in Civil Court

[n view of the submissions made by the learned co.rrnsel for the Petitioner, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the petitioner has to approach the competent authority after dir;posal of the said suits for rectification of revenue records

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed, granting liberty to the petil-ioner to approach the competent authorities after disposal cf the o.S.No.55 of 2o2o on the file of the Junior civil Judge, Huzurnagar, and the o.S.No.322 of 2023 on the file of the Junior civil Judge, Huzurnagar, for rectification of revenue records. .No order as to costs.
