WRIT PETITION NO. 27372 oF 2008

ORDER:

The matter pertains to the year 2008. In the^present Writ Petition, no interim order has been^granted.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the^learned counsel for the respondents brought to the^notice of this^Court an award dated 13.02.2008^passed by the^{Labour Court'} The relevant^portion of the said.award reads as^follows:

"In the result the petition is partly allowed. The respondent is directed to reinstate the^petitioner into service with continuity of service but^without attendant benefits and without back^wages. The award shall be implemented within one^month from the date of publication of award. Award^is accordingly^passed. "

The learned counsel for the^{respondentssubmitsthatthe} petitioner, being aggrieved by the said award dated 13.02.2008, has Filed the^present Writ Petition before^{this Court.}
