According to^{the petitioner,his grandfather was assigned with} the land admeasuring^{Ac-O.lSr/z guntas in Survey No'3O8/3/2situated} at Pedched Village,^{Gajwel Mandal, SiddipetDistrict' long back' After} the death of his^{grandfather,his fathersucceededto the said property'} Even the petitioner's^{father died in the year 2OO5' Thereafter'he has} succeeded to^{the said land. Even then, Sfr respondent,sname is} mentioned in^{the revenue records in respect of the said land' Therefore'} he has submitted^{online application bearing No'250OO22392 dated} O8.O4.2025 to^{respondent No.2 with a request to issue succession and} mutation of^{his name in the revenuerecords in respectof the subject} land by deleting^{the name of respondentNo'5' Despite receivingand} acknowledging the^{said online application,respondentNo'2 did not} take any action.^{Aggrievedby the said inaction of respondentNo'2'} petitioner hled^{the presentWrit Petition'}

4 In the light of the said submissions, notice to respondent No.S is dispensed with.

5' Though the petitioner is contending that his grandfather was the assignee of the subject land, he has not filed any document in proof of the same. He has filed pahanies for some years. However, having received the said online application, respondent No.2 should have disposed of the same in accordance with law.

In the light of the said discussion, this Writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the online application bearing No.25O0022392 dated O8.O4.2025 submitted by the petitioner seeking succession and mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioner and respondent No.5 on notice and affording them an opportunity. If respondent No.2 is not inclined to accept the request made by the pedtioner, he shall pass orders assigning specific reasons and communicate a copy of the same to the petitioner. He shall complete the aforesaid exercise within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
