Heard learned counsel^{for the petitionerand learned} Assistant Government^{PleaderforRevenue, forthe} respondents.

The petitioner is claiming^{that she is the ownerand} possessor of land admeasuring^{Ac.l-27 guntas in Sy'No'213} situated at Bowrampet^{Village, Gartdimaisamma Dundigal} Maldal, Medchal-Malkajgiri^{District'She is also the ownerof} land in other^{survey mrmbers and in proof of the same'she} has filed latest^{pattedar passbooks and titledeeds'} Even then, it is shown^{in the list of prohibitedproperties'} Therefore, she^{has filed on-lineapplicationvide} ID.No.3OT08}2OOOO4343,^{dated 15'O2'2025,to the2"t} respondent^{vvith a request to delete the said propertyfrom the} list of prohibited^{properties.Despiteacknowledging the} on-line application,^{the 2"a respondentdid not act upon the} sarne. AggrieVed^{by the same, the petitioner has frled the} present writ petition.

Whereas, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the 2d respondent will consider and dispose of said on-line application strictly in accordance with law.

In the light of the said submission, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the 2"a respondent to dispose of the on-line application submitted by the petitioner vide ID.No.30T0892OOOO4343, dated IS.O2.2O2S, strictly in accordance r,r,ith law. If the 2"d resfondent is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to her. He shall complete the said exercise within sixty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
