Petition under A,ticre 226 of the constitution of rndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit fired therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, preferabry in the nature of a writ of Mandamus decraring action of the Respondent No. 2 in not considering the representation of the petitioners dated 13- 03-202s requesting to extend the employment benefits to the petitioners in accordance with the un-amended proceedings bearing No. Rc.ApRos/504/94 at par with the emproyees who were extended the emproyment benefits in pursuance to the finat judgment passed in writ Petition No.26550 of 1995 passed by rhis Honourabre court which judgment was confirmed by the Honourable Division Bench of this Honourable court vide order dated 19-08-2023 passed in writ Appear No.595 of 2007 as arbitrary, illegal, rn violation of Articre 14 of constitution of rndia apart from being in violation of principres of naturar justice and consequentiary direct the Respondents to forthwith provide the emproyment benefits to the petitioners in 7accordance with the un-amended proceedings bearing No. Rc.ApRoS/504/94 at par with the employees who were extended the employment benefits in pursuance to the finar iudgment passed in writ petition No.26550 0f 1gg5 passed by thrs Honourable court which judgment was confirmed by the Honourabre Division Bench of this Honourable court vide order dated 1g-0g-2023 passed in Writ Appeal No 595 of 2OOl , in the interest of justice.
