Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to release the amounts from Sth respondent the District Mineral Foundation Trust (DMFT) having account in State Bank of lndia, Khammam with account No. 62461315108, to other departments without clearing the existing payments to the petitioner as illegal, null, void, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents not to release the amounts from the 5th respondent account to other departments till the payments are cleared for the works executed already by the petitioner.
