ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the seizure of 204.50 quintals of rice under panchanama dated 26.09.2017

Though the writ petition was hled in the year 2019, no interim order was granted by this Court.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies on written instructions submits that Section 6-4' proceedings have been concluded on 11.IO.2021 and as an interim measure, the seized stocks have already been sold in the open auction.

In view of the above facts, this writ petition is closed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge Section 6-4' proceedings, if he is so chooses. There shall be no order as to costs.
