This Transfer Gvil Miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of the c-ode of Gvil procedure, 190g, by the petitioner-wife ro transfer HM.o.p.No.43 of zoz5 pending on rhe file of the learned Senior Gvil Judge, Japshankar^Bhupalpdly to the file of the senior Gvil Judge, at lvfahabubabad.

causing difficulryand mental stress to the minor boy.

Flaving regard to the incon renience faced by the petitioner and in the absence of opposition, the relief sought by the petitioner is granted by trarsferring HM.O.P.No.43 of 2025 from the file of the learned senior Gvil J,rdB., Japshankar^{Bhupalpallyto rhe file of} the Senior GvilJudge, at lVlahabubabad.

Accordingly, the Transfer Gvil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. HM.o.P.No.4i of zozs stands transferred from the file of the leamed senior Gvil Judge, Japshantur^{Bhupalpally, to the file} of the Senior GvilJudge, at }vlahabubabad. The c-ouft concerned is hereby directed to transmit the entire case file relating to HMo.P.No.43 of 2}2l,after d*ly indexed, within a period of one month. from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, under intimation
