. Heard Sri V.V.Ramana Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Perused the record.

This 'fransfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, by the petitioner seeking transfer of G.W.O.P. No.2 of 2O2S on the file of learned Principal District and Sessions Jtrdge at Jagtial, Jagtial district to the file of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Siricilla, Rajanna Siricilla district.

Learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the child is residing at Siricilla and the remaining connected matters consisting of the petition fil6d seeking divorce and the criminal case registered under Section 498A of I.p.C. are prosecuted in Siricilla.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted ttrat the notice was served on the respondent in the month of July, 2025, there is no representation.

In the absence of opposition and also on account of the child residing in Siricilla, under section 9 of Guardians and wards Act, 1890, Rajanna siricilra court would have jurisdiction to adjudicate the G.W.O.p.

Accordingly, the Transfer civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed. G.w.o.P. No.2 of 2025 stands transferred from the file of learned Principal District and sessions Judge at Jagtial, Jagtial district to the file of learned principal District and Sessions Judge at Siricilla, Rajanna Siricilla district. The Court concerned is hereby directed to transmit the entire case file relating to G.w.o.P. No.2 of 2025, after duly indexed, within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, under intimation to the other side. There shall be no order as to costs. 3
