I-earned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the wiie of the respondent and she is residing rvith her patents housc at Narsapur Village, Siddipet District and respondent is residing at Ashok Nagar Colony, I(amareddy Town and District. Learned counsel further submitted that it is difficult for the petitioner to travel from Narsapur to Kamareddy to defend the said HMOP and that DVC and MC cases are pending before the Courrs at Siddipet.
