Heard Sri N.Krishna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri S.V.S. Prasada Rao, learned counsel for the respondent. Perused the record.

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, by the petitioner to transfer the F.C.O.P No.l27 of 2025 on the file of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge-cum-Family Court at Medchal, Medchal Malkajgiri District arrd transfer to learned Family Court, Sanga Reddy District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the petitioner filed F.c.o.P No.127 of 2025 before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge-cum-Family court at Medchal, Medchal Malkajgiri District and seeks for transfer of the same to learned Family court, Sanga Reddy District.

Learned counsel for the respondent reported no objection.

Accordingly, the Transfer civil Miscellaneous petition is allow'ed. F.C.O.P No. 127 of 2025 stands transferred from the file of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge-cumFamily Court at Medchal, Medchal Malkajgiri District to learned Family Court, Sanga Reddy District. The Court concerned is hereby directed to transmit the entire case file relating to F.C.O.P No.127 of 2025, after duly indexed, within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of acopy of this Order, under intimation to the other side. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
