In view of the consensus arrived between the parties, the relief sought by the petitioner is granted by transferring H.M.O.P.No.57 of 2024 from the file of learned Senior Civil Judge at Sangareddy ald to learned Senior Civil Judge at Kamareddy.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellarreous petition is allowed. H.M.O.p.No.57 of 2024 stands transferred from the hle of learned Senior Civil Judge at Sangareddy to learned Senior Civil Judge at Kamareddy. The Court concerned is hereby directed to transmit the entire case hle relating to H.M.O.P.No.57 of 2024, alter duly indexed, within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, under intimation to the other side. There shall be no order as to costs.
