Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction pa,rticularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in issuing notice dated - 18-11-20'14 rejecting to grant permission and interfering with the erection of tower at H.No. 3-431 and 432, Sy. No. 295, Choutuppal Village and Mardal, Nalgonda District, by virtue of deemed permission uls 127(3) of the A.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, as arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction.
