seeks permission of this Court, to withdraw the present writ^petition. In fact, leamed counsel has also addressed a letter, dated 22.10.2024 to the Registrar (Judicial) to list the matter for withdrawal, and accordingly this writ petition is being listed today under the caption

'for withdrawal'. Even Sri K.Siddarth Rao, learned Standing Counsel

for GHMC did not oppose the same.
