This writ petition is filed seeking the following

Learned Counsel lor both sides submit that after Iiling this writ petition, the subject lands were acquired for the purpose of construction of^{Rylam Padu} Reservoir and the land acquisition compensation^was also paid to the unofficial respondents and^questioning tJ e said proceedings, the matter was referred to^the

In vierv of the subsequent events after filing this writ petitio', the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at libert5z to agitate his rights in W.p.No.325g5 of 2o11. There shall be no order as to costs.
