This Writ Petition is frled under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the official respondents.

After arguing for some time, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and ttle learned Counsel appearing for the unofficiai respondents agreed to approach the

concerned Speciai Tribunal/District and Sessions Judge for redressal of their^grievance.

In view of the submissions made by both^sides, without going into the merits the case, the writ^petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the^{petitioneras well} as unofficial respondnets to approach the concerned Special Tribunal/District and Sessions^{.ludge, as per} the G.O.Ms.No.B70, Revenue^{(G) Department,dated} 27.06.1.975, within eight⁽⁸⁾ weeks^{from the date of} receipt copy of this order.
