Learned counsel for the unofhcial respondnets submits questioning the impugned proceedings. the respondent No.5 has filed W.P.No.7408 of 2Ol1 and the sarne was disposed of on 22.03.2011, granting liberty to the respondnet No.5 to h1e an appeal before the competent authority. Against the said order, 1n the resporLdnet No.5 has preferred to fi1e arr appeal W.A.No.267' of 2oll and the szune was dismissed on 21.O4.2011. Thereafter, the respondnet No.5 has filed a revlsl0n petition before the competent authority i.e., Joint Collector, Adilabad. In view of the pendency of the instant rvrit petition, the revenue-authorities did not pass any orders in the revision petition and requested to pass appropriate orders.

After hearing both sides and on perusing the entire materia-i on record, without going into merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to both the parties to put forth their contentions before the revisionalauthorities rn the Revision Petition filed by the respondnet No.5
