Petitioners have filed this petition seeking anticipatrtry bail in Cr.No.S0 of 202,1 of P.S.Kollapur, registered fbr the olfence under

The casc ot the petitioners is that the aforesaid crime has been registered rvithout showing anyone as accused. It is contended that they are not involved in the above crime, however, in the event of their arrest, they^rpi11 be subjected to great hardship. It is contended that the petitioners are law-abiding citizens and are ready to co-operate with the Police in investigating the case and that, they will comply with the conditions that may be imposed by this Court in the event ol tlreir re lerrse.

\ The learned Additional public^prosecutor opposed the application stating that it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. 5. Having heard both sides and perused the material on record, since the crime has been registered under Section 174 Cr.p.C. and as this petition is fi ed merely on apprehension, this Courl is of the
