ORDER :
Petitioner/A-23 has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail in Cr.No.123 of 2024 of P.S. Adibhatla, registered for the offences
under Sections 147, 148, 447, 427, 307, 436, 506 r/w.141of IPC.
Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
in the above crime of trespass, only basing on the confession of A-4 in the crime and that he is not at all concerned with the alleged
offences. It is contended that A-10 to A-17 in the said crime were already granted anticipatory bail and that in the event of his arrest, he will be subjected to great hardship. It is contended that the petitioner is a law-abiding citizen and is ready to co-operate with the Police in investigating the case and that he will comply with the conditions that may be imposed by this Court in the event of his release.
