According to the petitioner, she is the owner ald possessor of the above mentioned land having purchased the same under registered sale deed dated 1.10.20O2 bearing document No.3270 ol 2OO2 and since then, she has been in possession and enjoyment of the said property. petitioner was issued pattadar passbook bearing patta No.94g. Thereafter, petitioner made representation on 6.11.2021 for issuance of e_ pattadar passbook and tirle deeci, but no action is taken,

4, In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner herein to submit online application through Dharani Portal to the respondent No.2 for issuance of e-pattadar passbook and title in respect of larrd admeasuring Ac.1-00 guntas in Sy.No.123/AA situated at pedda Adiserlapalli village and mandal, Devarakonda Renue Division, Nalgonda
