punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 oflpQ on the file of respondent No.4 police station.

Respondent No.4 was directed to retain the rowdy-sheet against the petitioner till 31.12.2016. It is stated by the petitioner that Crime No.39g of 2015 reiates to property dispute wherein he is accused No.2. The said crime was transferred to Central Crirne Station and renumbered as FIR No.9g ol 2016 and final report was filed on 07.09.2016 closing the case against the petitioner. Final report was accepted by the leamed XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad vide docket order dated 04.09.201 9 in R.C. No.68 ol 2019 and the sanre was intimated to respondent No.4 police station vide letter dated 24.0g.2020 closing the case against the petitioner.

Crime No.5 i7 of 2015 was registered with r.espondent No.4 police station under Section 302 readwith Section 34 ofIpC wherein the petitioner is arraigned as accused No.l. The said crime was transGrred to Central Crime Station and renumbered as Crime No.324 o12015 by adding the offence punishable under Section I20B oflpC. The police filed charge sheet and the same was numbered as S.C. No l80 of 2017 and it is pencring tr.iar berore the rearned vrl Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally.

9 Rcspondent No.3 - the Assistant Commissioner of police, Begumpet Diyisior.r, Hyderabaci, fiied counter. It is stated in paragraph No.3 of the counter that the petitioner is involved in the following cases:
