Heard learr ed counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Governr tent Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner :laims to have purchased agricultural land admeasuring Ac. ). 10 gts in Survey No.75, which forms part of larger extent of Acs.7. i7 gts situate-d in Deshmukhi Village, Pochampally Re' enue Mandal, yadadri Bhongir District, under registered sale dr ed bearing document No.62al1990, registered on 14.O3.2O2O.^pe.itioner has been in continuous possession and enjoyment of the said land for the past more than thirty years. 3. Petitioner submitted several representations to mutate necessary entrie s in the revenue records but no action has been taken. Applicat on was submitted on OI.OZ.2O21, in spite of the same, second r rspondent did not take any steps to initiate the enquiry. It ir submitted that under the provisions of the Telangana Righ, s in Land and pattadar passbooks Act, 2020, it is the second resp:ndent who has to act upon the representation of the petitioner. petitioner made an attempt to upkrad his application thr< ugh Dharani portal, however, the petitioner could not upload due to technical reasons Hence, he seeks a clirection to the respo ldents to initiate enquiry pursuant to the representation, iated 2g.06.202 l. 4. Learned Assistant Government pleader submitted that enquiry would be conducted and necessary orders would be passed on the r :presentation of the petitioner.
