The^{petitioneris aggrieved by the action of respondent} No"4 -^{the Tahsildar,Utnoor Mandal, AdilabadDistrict in not} issuing e-passbook^{in respectof her agricultural land admeasuring} Ac.I-26guntas^{in Survey No'586/2situated at UtnoorViilageand} Mandal, Adilabad^District.

The^{petitioner claimsto be owner of the subject land} under the^{provisions of the TelanganaRights in Land and Pattadar} Pass Book^{Act 1971.When the Govemment has takenup} rectification^{and purification process in 2018 in the State' the} petitioner^{has applied for e-passbook' Form 1-B Registerwas} issued^{wherein,the name of the petitionerwas reflectedand} petitioner was^{informedthat she will be issuede-passbook'}

The petitioner approached respondent No.4 for issuance of new e-passbook, b,ut there was no response. She submitted application dated 02.07.2020 for issuance of e_passbook in respect of the subject land. But, till today, e_passbook is not issued.

In view of the above, without entering into merits ol the case, the writ petition is disposed of, at the stage of admissio, itself, directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to act up on the representation dated 02.07.2020 of the petitioner in respect ol the subject land. Respondent Nos.2 to 4 shall conducr enquiry by issuing notice to all concerned / interested parties and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (g) weeks from the date ofreceipt ofa copy ofthis order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, il any, pending in the wr.it petition stand closed.
