Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not mutating the name of the Petitioner in revenue records pertaining to land to an extent of Ac.0.10 Gts in Sy.No. 75 in Deshmukh Village, Pochampally Revenue Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District and issue pattadar pass books to the Petitioner and further direct the Respondents to issue pattadar pass book to the Petitioner by virtue of sale deed dt. 1 4.03.1 990 as per the mandatory provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020.

2, Petitioner t laims to have purchased agricultural^land admeasuring Ac.( .1O gts in Survey^{No.75, which forms part of} larger extent of Acs.7.17 gts situated in^{DeshmukhiVillage,} Pochampally Rev, nue Mandal,^{Yadadri BhongirDistrict,under} registered sale de, d bearing document^{No.629/1990, registered on} 14.03.2020. Pet lioner has^{been in continuous possession and} enjoyment of the^r aid land for the^{past more than thirtyyears.}

Petitioner tubmitted several representations to^mutate necessary entries in the revenue records but^{no action has been} taken. Applicati,,n was submitted on^{Ol.O7.2O2l,in spite of the} same, second re;pondent did not^{take any steps to initiate the} enquiry. lt is submitted that under^{the provisionsof the} Telangana Rightr in Land and^{PattadarPassbooksAct, 2020, it is} the second resp( ndent^{who has to act upon the representation of} the petitioner. Petitioner made an attempt^{to upload her} application thlsr Lgh Dharani Portal,^{however,the petitioner could} not upload due I c technical reasons. Hence, she^{seeks a direction} to the respon lents to initiate enquiry^pursuant to^the representation d rted 28.06.2021.

Learned \ssistant Government Pleader submitted that enquiry would be conducted and necessary orders would^be passed on the rt presentation of the petitioner.
