The petitioner herein seeks a writ of Mandamus, declaring the action on the^part of respondent No,5 in interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioners and his family members and trying to foist false cases against them, though the respondent No.6/de-facto complainant is ready to pacify the matter, as illegal, arbitrary and for a consequential direction to respondent No.5 not to interfere with the personal life and liberty of the^petitioners and threaten them to come to^police station.

2, Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, learned^Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing^{for respondent Nos.1} to 5 brought to the notice of this Court that already^{a crimein} Crime No.4 of 2022 of Langerhouse^{Police Station for the} offences under Sections 354, 354A^{and 3548 of IPC hasbeen} registered against the^petitioners, basing upon^{the complaint} lodged by respondent No.6/de-facto complainant^{andthe case} is under investigation.

4, At this stage, learned counsel^for the^{petitionersseeks} permission of this Court to withdraw this writ^petition with a liberty to the^petitioners to work out^{the remediesavailable} under law.
