The^petitio ter herein seeks a^{writ of Mandamusdeclaringthe} action of the respondent^{No.5 in not providing police protection for} erection of Roof Top Tower on^{the terraceof buildingconstructed} over Plot No.75 bearing^{H.No.18-12-418/D/75/8,Kachi Road, Hafiz} Baba Nagar,^H1 derabad, as^{per the permissiongranted by the} municipal author ties, as^{illegal, arbitrary and violativeof principles of} natural^justice.

Learned c )unsel for the^{petitionerwouldsubmit that the} petitioner company is engaged in the business^{of providing passive} telecom infrastrr cture^{servicetermed as 'Infrastructure service' to} Cellular Mobile^{,rnd TelephonyOperators in india.The petitioner} company entere(^{into lease deed,dated26.08.202l,lviththe owner} of the subject^rite and^{got relevant approvals for installationof} telecommunicatir,n cellular^{tower and other equipment at the subject} premises. In spi :e of the same, the^{representatives/employeesof the} petitioner Compt ny are being threatened^{by the localitypersons with} dire consequenc:s if they^{install the tower. Thoughthe petitioner} Company subm tted^{representations,dated 07 .12'2027, to the} respondent Nos 2 to 5^{requestingto provide police protectionfor} erection of telec,^rm mu^{nication cellular tower in the subjectpremises,} no action has teen taken^{on the said representationsso far and} ultimately^{praye{ |} to allow^{the writ petition as prayed for'}

The material placed on record substantiates the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner Company. Further, it is fairly conceded by the learned Assistant Government^pleader for Home that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders, dated 07.07.2021 and 24.09.202t passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.15132 and 23396 of 2O2L respectively.

Under these circumstances, since there is interference by the locality people in erection of telecomm un ication cellular tower by the petitioner Company in the subject premises in spite of compliance of all legal requirements, the respondent Nos.2 to 5 are directed to provide police aid for erection of telecomm unication cellular tower at the terrace of the building constructed over^plot No.75 bearing H.No.18-12-478/D/75/8, Kachi Road, Hafiz Baba Nagar, Hyderabad, by the petitioner Company.

With the above observations/directions, this writ petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
