This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to construct garages in the land appurtenant to Flat Nos.3 and 4 in Block No.3 8 ol Vignanpuri Colony, premises Nos.2_ l _596 and 595. Vidyanagar. Hyderabad, as proposed in the letter bearing ROC No.260lKV/63, dated 04.06.1963.
