Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of the orders dated 10.07.2015 in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and batch as modified by the Division Bench in W.A.Nos. ll22 and 1136 of 2016 dated 03.11.2016, with regard to the interference of the respondents in the bio-products of the petitioner company, the Commissioner, Agriculture Department issued instructions on 25.O7 .2O2O addressing all the District Agricultural Officers to follow the orders passed by the High Court and directed them not to interfere with the bio-products pertaining to the petitioner's business therein.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to follow the instructions dated 25.O7.2020 issued by. the Commissioner, Agricultural Department in terms of the High Court orders
