record the name of thepetitioner in the connected Revenue Recorrls for the above said land in theyear 2015. Accordingto orders of the respondentNo.2 having made clear observation that themischiefof inclusionand deletedthe names of Jangili Kishan and srinivasRao from the year 2001 to 201.1 basic on the fraudulent gift deeds executed by theirfather namely late Jangili Mallaiahwithout having any tiile at anypoint oftime in the abovesaid land that is 1935 lo 2021 vide document Nos. 5254/1992and525511992dated 02 11.1992 SRO Suryapet and at the time of Registration ofgift deeds executed for the year1992standingin the name of thepetitioner andthus the irregular action of ,theRespondent No. 3 under misception of law colludewith the above( said two persons,materializing fraudulent gift deeds in theyear 1992 suppressed till 2000 and further the Respondent No,3 had theknowledge of the fraud deleted by the names of the above said twopersons as according toorders of the RespondentNo.2 and further depriving the Petitionerslegal right to hold my prope,.ty in my name included in the connected RevenueRecords pertainingthe above said land is illegal, arbitrary, voilative ofprlncipalsof natural lusticeand againstthe article14, 19, 21and 300-4 constitution of lndiaand consequentlydirect the Respondent No,1 to give suitable instructions to theRespondent No.3 to record the name of the Petitioner in the connected RevenueRecords pertaining the landin Sy.No.628 to an extent of land Ac. 7.05gts., situatedat Phanigiri village, Nagaram lvlandal, Suryapet District, TS., forthwith.
