Aggrie',,ed bv the inaction of the respondent No.4 in issuing new digital pattadars passbooks and 1-B ROR certificate in lavour of the petitioner in respect of the subject lands, in spite of submitting a representation on 01.06.2021, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned Government pleader for Revenue states that if the petitioner makes an application through on_line in Dharani portal, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities concerned, in accordance with law.
Having regard to the above made submission, r.vithout going irrto the merits or clemerits ol the czrse, the Wnt petitior_r is clrsposcd of direcring the pctrtioner to make an on_line apphcation through Dharani Portal seeking to issuance of digital pattadars pass books and 1-B ROR certificate in respect of the subject lands, u,irhin a period of rwo weeks from the date ol receipt of a copy of this order, On such application being made, the authorities concerned shall pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks thereof, duly putting all the interested parties on notice.
