Heard thc learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned (i<..rvernrnent Pleacler for Stamps and Registration for respondent Nos. 1 and €, and Sri Abu Akram, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

AggriBved by the action of the respondent No. 2 in refusing to receive and register the document presented by the petitioners in respect of Plot No. 60 in Sy. No. 62, admeasuring 135 sq.yds., i situated at Boduppal Village, Medipally Mandal, MedchalMalkajgiri District, the present writ petition is filed.

The learned Government Pleader has stated that the official a respondents will follow the procedure contemplated under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 19O8.
