through their agricultural fields in order to access the agriculturar fields among with their consensus but due to the non-cooperation of the petitioner, the proposal is withdrawn and no road is tried to be laid. 6. lt is subrniued that it is absolutely a private matrer arnong the agriculturists of relevant adjacent area ancl nothing to do r.vilh the ofllcials. Thus, there is no cause of action to entertain the writ petirion agai,st the oflicial resporclc,ts arrcr the present writ petition is liable to be dismissed.,.

In view of the above made submission, the _qricvance ol the petitioner stands redressed. In case, the petitioner t.eels that unofficial-respondent Nos.4 to 7 are interfering with her lands, the remedy available to her is to approach the competent Civil Court seeking appropriate relief.
