l. When the matter is taken up for hearing, leamed counsel for the petitioner informed the Court that the petitioner expired during the pendency of this writ petition. He further contended that the respondents have to pay some arrears to the family members of the petitioner.

In view of the aloresaid submission made by the leamed counsel, this Courl is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the L.Rs of the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order stating their claim for arrears of any amount and upon such representation being received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law in another eight weeks thereafter.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs 4 Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
