When the rnatter is taken up for hearing, Iearned ,:ounsel for the petitioner has contended that the respondents are not acting on the complaint given by the petitioner. Challenging the i taction of the respondents in not registering the crime, the present V/rit petition is filed.
Learned Govemment Pleader for Home, appearing lor the respondents, has contended that acting on the complaint of the petitioner, the police have regisrered Crime No. l73 of 2014 on the file of Jedcherla Police station and therefore, the grie.rance of the petitioner has been resolved.
Recording the said submission, this Court is ol tle considered view that with the registration of crime No.l73 of 20l4,the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved and therefbre the cause in the writ does not survive.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
