Petition under Articre 226 of rhe constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue a writ order or orders, directions particularly a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings for promotion to the post of senior Assistant and declare the action of the respondents 1 to 3 for not considering the case of the petitioner for her promotion to the post of Senior Assistant in the existing vacancies and set aside proceedings Rc.No.A/506/BCC/77, dt.08-06-2000 of the lstrespondent fixing the seniority of the 4th respondent retrospectively in the back door, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and service Rules, Violative of Principles of natural justice and violative of Arlicles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia, besides without jurisdiction, and consequently directing the respondents to give promotion to the petitioner as Senior Assistant in the existing vacancies.and further declare the action of the respondents for not circulating the seniority of the Loan lnspector.
