COMMON ORDER: (Per VRS,J)
These writ petitions challenge different auction sale notices. It is represented by the learned standing counsel for the respondentBank that pursuant to the interim direction granted by this Court, the auction was held, but there were no takers. Therefore, no further orders are necessary in these writ petitions, as the auction has failed. Hence, these writ petitions are closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies, as and when fresh steps are taken, in a manner provided by law.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petitions shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
