Since the matter relates to transfer, and since the appellant could not secure an ex parte interim order, the learned single Judge is requested, subject to the adjustment of his roster, to take up the miscellaneous petition for suspension of the orders impugned in
the writ petition, at the earliest.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the
writ appeal shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
