Therefore, no further orders are necessary in these writ petitions, as the auction has failed. Hence, these writ petitions are closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies, as and when fresh steps are taken, in a manner provided by law.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petitions shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
