THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13553 of 2007 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2.
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide power supply connection to the premises of the petitioners bearing No.2-91/6, Masjid Street, Mangalagiri Town, Guntur District
This Court, by order dated 23.07.2007, directed the respondents to provide power supply to the petitioners, duly receiving necessary deposits as required under law, and that the extension of power supply to the petitioners shall not in any way render the 3rd respondent liable to pay the installation or consumption charges, and this arrangement shall be in force as long as the possession of the petitioners is lawful and no order of eviction is passed against them, or until further orders that may be passed by this Court, whichever is earlier. Pursuant to the same, it is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 that power supply was provided to the petitioners. In view of the same, no further orders are required in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall also stand closed.
