ORDER:
This revision is against the order dated 30-06-2006 in M.C.No.3 of 2000 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Anantapur where under learned Magistrate granted Rs.500/- each as monitory relief for the maintenance of wife and two children. Aggrieved by quantum, present revision is preferred by wife and children.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that 1st respondent-husband died.
Accordingly, recording above submission, this Criminal Revision Case is closed.
