This Criminal Petition is filed to quash proceedings in CC.No. 1639 of 2012 on the file of II-Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at LB Nagar, Ranga Reddy district, for alleged offences under section 420, 464, 506 IPC.
2. On 07/08/2014 none appeared for the petitioner and the
matter was directed to be listed on 12/08/2014 under the caption,
“for dismissal”.
3. Today none appeared for the petitioner.
4. Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-
prosecution.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending in this
criminal petition shall stand closed.
