This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail. The petitioners are Accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.320 of 2012 of Mylavaram Police Station, Krishna District, for alleged offence under Section 420 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.
Heard both sides.
