This petition is filed to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.142 of 2012 of Tanuku Police Station, West Godavari District for alleged offence under Section 498-A I.P.C.
Heard both sides.
Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that according to instructions received, police completed investigation and referred the case as false as per the final report dated 16-12-2012.
Considering the representation of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous since police have already completed investigation and referred the case as false.
As a sequel to the disposal of this Criminal petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
