ORDER: (per Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta )
Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties, we dispose of this petition directing respondent No.3 (District Collector, West Godavari District, Eluru) to enquire into the representation made by the petitioners dated 30.05.2013 and take a decision thereon upon hearing the petitioners and pass a speaking order. In the event the complaint of the petitioners is found to be correct, necessary remedial measures have to be taken. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order. Till such decision is taken, nothing should be done.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition are closed.
