Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties, we dispose of this petition directing respondent No.2 (Commissioner and Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad) to take an appropriate decision on the letters written by respondent Nos.4 and 5 dated 19.03.2013 and 20.03.2013 respectively, if not already taken. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order. The order shall be communicated to the petitioner immediately after taking decision in the matter.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition are closed.
