O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed seeking a declaration that the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 14.05.1997 rejecting the request of the petitioner for stepping up his salary on par with his junior employees is arbitrary and illegal.
No interim order was granted by this Court pending the writ petition and it is represented by the learned counsel for the Corporation that the petitioner had retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation during the pendency of this writ petition.
Hence, no adjudication is necessary at this point of time on merits.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
